Mission

To facilitate the successful reintegration of the individuals back to their communities equipped with the tools to be drug-free, and healthy, by raising awareness through community outreach and education in a safe environment.

PHI and its programs improve health, equity and wellness by discovering new research, strengthening key partnerships and programs, and advancing sound public health policies.

Sacramento County Coalition for Youth

The SCCY is a group of caring community members working together to make Sacramento a safe place for young people to grow up, free from the influences of substances that are addictive and harmful.

Sacramento County Office of Education

The Prevention & Early Intervention Department (PEI) provides programs, services, and professional development opportunities that address a variety of youth development and prevention education topics.

Omni Youth Programs

Omni Youth Programs mission is to create strong families, develop youth leaders and engage the community to prevent youth alcohol, marijuana & other drug use.

Screen4Success – Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

Screen4Success, a NEW screening tool from SAMHSA’s “Talk. They Hear You.”® national prevention campaign, can help you better understand your child’s health, wellness, and wellbeing and find useful resources to address their needs. Screening is a fast and easy way to learn if youth are at elevated risk for potential problems and where they can find support.
